The Client
An education platform ready to be taken seriously.
Éducation Élite is a continuing education platform for therapists: courses, permits, and coaching built by a practicing clinician. The momentum was real, courses selling, the Ordre des psychologues referring students. The brand did not carry any of it.

What Was at Stake
The name promised elite. The brand had to make it true.
A name is a promise. Éducation Élite set a high bar, and the brand had to live up to it. Students landed, could not tell if it was serious, and left before they enrolled. The credibility was already in the teaching. It needed a brand that showed it, at the first glance and every one after.

The Work
Strategy first, then the identity that carries it.
We started with the thinking: four workshops to define the core, the audience, and the voice, and customer interviews to test the messaging against real experience. That produced the positioning and the name, Éducation Élite. Only then the identity: a 32 page brand book, a website rebuilt to convert, a brand film, and the social and course systems to run it day to day.



What Changed
The positioning came back in a graduate's own words.
During the strategy phase, a coaching graduate was asked how the program made her feel. She reached for three words before she had ever seen the positioning statement. They were the positioning, almost exactly. The name now describes what the education already was.
